These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, facilities, and services, including banquet bookings, room reservations, and lawn/event arrangements. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

Heritage Garden is operated and managed under the supervision of A. K. Charitable Trust, based in Kolkata. All references to “we,” “our,” and “us” in this document refer to Heritage Garden and the Trust.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for updates.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings for rooms, banquets, or lawns must be confirmed with an advance payment or booking amount as specified at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment must be made before check-in or before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Provisional bookings are valid for a limited period and will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within the stipulated time.
  • Guests must provide valid identification proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in or event registration.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Banquet and Lawn Bookings:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
  • Room Bookings:
    • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a partial refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or “no-shows” will be charged in full.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM | Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests must settle all outstanding dues before departure.

5. Use of Property and Conduct

  • Guests and visitors are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property, staff, and other guests at all times.
  • Damage to property, furniture, or fixtures caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible guest or organizer.
  • Loud music, fireworks, or disruptive activities are not permitted without prior approval from management.
  • Illegal activities, including but not limited to substance abuse, are strictly prohibited on the premises.

6. Event and Banquet Regulations

  • Event organizers are required to adhere to all local laws, permissions, and safety regulations.
  • Decoration, sound systems, and catering arrangements must be approved by the management in advance.
  • External vendors (decorators, caterers, photographers, etc.) may be permitted only with prior consent.
  • Management reserves the right to halt or cancel any event that violates rules or causes nuisance to others.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Heritage Garden and A. K. Charitable Trust shall not be held responsible for:
    • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings of guests or visitors.
    • Injury, accident, or unforeseen incidents occurring within the premises.
    • Service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outage, weather conditions, or government restrictions).
  • Guests are advised to take adequate precautions and insurance where applicable.

8. Website Use and Privacy

  • By using our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and refrain from unauthorized activities such as hacking, data scraping, or misuse of information.
  • Personal data collected during bookings or inquiries will be used only for communication, reservation management, and promotional purposes as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government orders.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dhanbad, Jharkhand courts only
